MSME Survival Funds: How to solve Payroll Supports issues

The N75 Billion MSME Survival Funds Scheme has gained tremedous popularity since its launch begining with the Payroll Supports Track. It has continued to trend among eligible Nigerians even as it winds up with the last two components of the Scheme: the General Grant and the Guranteed Offtake Scheme.

However, the recent reopening of the Payroll Supports Track application portal https://www.survivalfund.gov.ng for States that did not complete their quotas triggered questions from applicants who had raised several issues grouped as follows:

1. Applicants verified, called but not paid.

2. Applicants verified, not called and not paid.

3. Applicants paid once or twice only.

In response to the above categories of issues, the Project Delivery Office of the MSME Survival Funds Scheme has in a tweet directed the affected applicants/beneficiaries to send a mail to info@survivalfund.ng with Organization's details, specifying the exact issues, and await a response from the team.

The Project Delivery Office has, Friday, in an update on the implementation of the Payroll Supports Track announced that "in furtherance to @NigeriaGov commitment to support small businesses to cushion the economic effect of the COVID-19 pandemic, 64,395 businesses have been verified and 320,678 employees have been paid across the country" under the Payroll Supports Scheme.
