MSME Survival Funds: Understanding the Guaranteed Offtake Scheme (GOS)

The Guaranteed Offtake Scheme is a component of the N75 Billion MSME Survival Funds whereby 100,000 producers under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises scale of business would witness a bulk purchase of their Products by the Federal Government.

The Sheme has been Sheduled to commence by 11:59 pm, Tuesday 9th Febraury, 2021 alongside the General Grant where 100,000 MSMEs would benefit a one time Grant of N50,000. Application will be done through https://www.survivalfund.gov.ng and ends on Thursday, 18th February, 2021

Who are the Eligible Beneficiaries of the Guaranteed Offtake Scheme  (GOS)?

The Eligible Beneficiaries are Producers under the Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.

What are the requirements needed from an Eligible Applicant/ Beneficiary?

i. Applicant must be a Nigerian National.

ii. Applicant's Business must be registered with the Corporate Affairs Commision. 

iii. Applicant must be ready to produce under NAFDAC and SON specifications.

iv. Applicant must have a verifiable Bank Verification Number (BVN).

v. Applicant must have at least 2 Staff Members

What are the specified amount of Products to be purchased per individual?

GRAINS

1. Rice - 30 5kg bags per individual

2. Wheat (Alkama) - 15 5kg bags per individual

3. Beans - 24 5kg bags per individual

4. Acha - 16 5kg bags per individual

5. Brabusco - 30 5kg bags per individual

HAND SANITIZER, DISINFECTANTS, LIQUID SOAP

1(500ml pack of 6) (10 packs/ 60 500ml per individual)

Note: NADFAC and Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON) registration will be required for these items

FACE MASK

Pack of 12 Masks - 15 Packs per individual
