The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development has alerted the general public to be wary of viral publication claiming that the Ministry has shortlisted candidates who applied for the N-power program.
The website "https://npower-fmhds-gov-ng.web.app" which was created by yet-to-be-identified fraudsters instigates victims to enter essential details so as to access the fake list claimed to have emernated from the Humanitarian Ministry.
Investigation into the website shows it's a data phishing website meant to extract useful information from a victim which would be used for fraudulent purposes.
The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development therefore warns the public to ignore such website or publication stating that it has published the list of successful candidates for the N-power 2020 recruitment, while noting that the Ministry is still in the process of reviewing more than 5million applications it recieved and would communicate the general public using official channels, when the list for the next stage is made available.
The N-power recruitment which follows strict measures would cut out 400,000 beneficiaries from the above 5 Million applications recieved through processes which involve aptitude test in the next stage.
