This is coming barely two weeks the Federal Government apologised to the Enumerators engeged in the programme, reaffirming its commitment in ensuring that the Enumerators recieved their complete remuneration without further delay.
In several reports emanating from social groups, farmers enumerated under the programme have expressed mixed reactions querying why the amount of money shared to the Farmers are uneven.
Payment Alerts displayed by some of the beneficiaries showed that while many enumerated Farmers were receiving N3,000 as the AFJP Fertiliser Subsidy grant, some farmers recieved up to N12,000.
The Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FMARD) had in an update explained that the disbursement of the AFJP Fertilzer Subsidy Grant to the enumerated Farmers would be based on Farm Sizes of the benefifiting Farmers.
The Ministry noted that while N3,000 represents 1 bag of Fertilizers for Farmers holding smaller farm sizes, Farmers with larger sizes of enumerated farms would recieve multiple of bags of Fertilizer which will be equated as multiple of N3,000 per bag of Fertlizer.

FMARD had also stated that the full payment of the Enumertors of the AFJP Fertilizer Subsidy Grants would be effected after the disbursement of the grant to the enumerated Farmers.
In a recent announcement from the Ministry, FMARD assured that their team is working towards ensuring payment for every valid survey carried out under the Agric for Food and Job Plan Fertilizer Subsidy Grant.
