Breaking: NASIMS resolves Log in issues, advises applicants on Finger Printing

Following the commencement of the Shortlisting of the Batch C N-power Beneficiaries by the Federal Government, many applicants of the Scheme have encountered log in issues which were being resolved by the NASIMS technical team.

We are glad to announce that efficiency has been restored to the NASIMS Portal www.nasims.gov.ng, and all applicant having log in issues can proceed to log in.

Should you encounter any further delay in accessing the portal, kindly note it's due to large number of applicants trying to access the portal at the same time, or poor network from your area. Accessing the portal early hours when traffic is less becomes advisable. Also, tap on "Proceed" severally to log in, in a  case of "Transaction failed, try again later" pop up.

How Shortlisting is done

Applicants should note that the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development has not published any list of Batch C N-power Beneficiaries at this moment and should ignore such claim at all instance.

Applicants should log in to their profiles through www.nasims.gov.ng, and click on the "Verification Tab". If you have been shortlisted, it will be displayed on this Tab.

Kindly note that shortlisting is done in Batches and it's for the first Stream of 500,000 beneficiaries. Applicants should keep checking their status on the 'verification Tab' at intervals.

Capturing of Finger Print (Biometrics)

The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) has advised "shortlisted" applicants to conveniently use a Cyber Cafe to carry out the Biometrics.

NASIMS responding to an enquiry stated,

"Kindly visit the closest Cyber Cafe to you, preferably one that handles JAMB/NYSC registrations to carry out your Biometrics enrolment.

"Login to your portal and click on the verification tab, click on enrolment and scan your Finger Print.

"If you did not previously validate your BVN, your are required to do so before proceeding for enrolment."

What Next after Enrolment (Biometrics)

NASIMS further advised applicants who have successfully completed the Finger Print enrolment to stay updated on the portal to view their Places of Primary Assignment  (PPA).

It however noted through emails sent to applicants that being shortlisted is not a guarantee that an applicant has made the final list of beneficiaries.
