The Npower Management made this known while addressing the beneficiaries via its verified Facebook Handle.
According to NASIMS, the instruction followed the attempts made by several beneficiaries to change their NASIMS Profile Information in the NASIMS SSP Portal.
Recall that NASIMS had developed the fully-fledged Self Service Portal to facilitate streamlined management of the four facets of the National Social Investment Programme (NSIP), with its new enhanced features, ensuring that the beneficiaries navigate the portal and recieve all essential services at ease.
The process of migrating to the new NASIMS SSP Portal generated tension among the beneficiaries as there were several complaints of inability to access the portal, and muddled data observed by some beneficiaries who were able to log into the portal.
NASIMS advised the beneficiaries not to enter any data into their SSP NASIMS Profile, noting that the data in the Abuja database are currently being uploaded.
The Npower Management added that when the migration processes is complete, all beneficiaries previous data would appear in their NASIMS SSP Profile page.
Speaking further, NASIMS begged the beneficiaries to exercise some patience while the technical Team conclude the migration process in order to make the portal fully functional.
