The National Population Commission (NPC), in preparation for the 2023 NPC Birth Registration Exercise, has released List of Shortlisted Candidates who would be engaged to conduct the Birth Registration across the participating States.
The List of NPC Birth Registration Shortlisted Candidates made available to the public by the NPC on Friday was generated from thousands of Applicants who have applied for the NPC Birth Registration Adhoc Staff e-Recruitment which commenced in the second week of June, 2023.
Successful Applicants whose names are contained in the List of NPC Birth Registration Shortlisted Candidates are currently being contacted via their registered e-mail Addresses.
The NPC Birth Registration Shortlisted Candidates who have recieved their log in passwords can access the Electronic Civil Registration and Vital Statistics System (ECRVS) Portal https://admin.birthregistrationadhoce-recruitment.com. The NPC ECRVS Portal was developed as a birth and death data collection and data Storage platform in the country.
NPC Birth Registration Shortlisted Applicants are advised to check all their Email inboxes for the messages from the National Population Commission.
The 2023 NPC Birth Registration is a partnership between the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF), the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and the National Population Commission (NPC) which aims to register a minimum of 12 million eligible children under the age of 5 years in under-registered States in the Country.
The 24 States plus FCT include Sokoto, Zamfara, Katsina, Jigawa, Yobe, Borno, Gombe, Bauchi, Kano, Kaduna, Kebbi, Niger, Nasarawa, Plateau, Taraba, Benue, Kogi, Ondo, Enugu, Cross River, Bayelsa, Delta, Lagos, Ogun
The NPC Birth Registration also aims to issue birth certificates that provides names and nationality of every child in the selected States in the Country.
