NPC Enumerators and Supervisors 17th April Training Date Unofficial

Following the indefinite postponement of the Enumerators and Supervisors Training, many Enumerator and Supervisor Adhoc Staff Applicants have been eager to know the New Training Date.

Recall that the NPC had on 11th April, 2023 announced that the Enumerators and Supervisors Training scheduled to begin on 13 April, 2023 has been postponed indefinitely,  to enable the Commission sort out some emerging issues.

The NPC addressing the Enumerators and Supervisors disclosed that the Training was suspended because NPC Website has been hacked, adding that a new Training Date would be announced when the Commision secures absolute protection of its Server.

However, on 13th April, 2023, online publications had claimed that the New Training Date for Enumerators and Supervisors Training has been slated to begin on 17th April, 2023

National Population Commission to commence the LGA Level Training for Supervisors and Enumerators on Monday, the 17th of April 2023. 

"All candidates are advised to be prepared and get ready as Accreditation will also commence on the first day of the training in every units across the 36 states and FCT," the News Claimed.

The NPC when contacted clarified that the News making round, claiming that the Enumerators and Supervisors Training has been rescheduled to begin on 17th, April 2023 is FAKE and unofficial.

The Commission noted that just yesterday, the Digital Chairman of National Population Commission, Hon. Nasir Isa Kwarra visited the 2023 Census Functionaries List Finalisation Team in Abuja.

The Chairman charged the Team to harmonize Field Functionaries List before the commencement of LGA-Level Training, develop the Payment Schedule for the Field Functionaries, and design the modalities to update the final trainees list during the training to fast track payment.

All the above, the Commission said, would be put in place before a New Training Date would be fixed for the Enumerators and Supervisors Training.
