The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development has clarified that there is no new deployment for the Batch C1 Npower beneficiaries.
The Ministry through its official Npower Facebook Handle, this Afternoon, noted that the new Places of Primary Assignment which appeared on the beneficiaries' NASIMS Profiles was as a result of Technical Errors.
Recall that following the deployment of the Batch C2 Npower beneficiaries, the Deployment Details of the Batch C Stream 1 Npower beneficiaries were altered, which triggered tension among the Batch C1 Npower beneficiaries.
The Npower Management in the statement encouraged the Batch C1 Npower beneficiaries to stick to their previous deployment as there is no new Deployment for the beneficiaries.
The Ministry added that the Batch C1 Npower beneficiaries should not print any Deployment Letter nor proceed for signing of the Deployment Letters.
In a recent development, the Batch C1 Npower beneficiaries have panicked over the continuous delay in crediting the beneficiaries' Bank Accounts with their August Stipends.
The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS), a body in the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development soley in charge of the Npower programme, initiated the August Stipend Payment since 11th of October, 2022.
However, Payment has not been credited into the beneficiaries' Bank Accounts.
The good news is that as at today, the Banks have commenced processing of the August Stipend Payment, and crediting of the Batch C1 Npower beneficiaries' Bank Accounts will begin in a short while.
The beneficiaries have been encouraged to remain calm while their August Stipend is credited in to their designated Bank Accounts.
