Breaking: FG officially announces commencement of Npower Batch C Stream 2

The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development has officially announced the commencement of the  shortlistling of qualified Nigerian Youths  for the Batch C Stream 2 Npower Programme.

The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS), under the Ministry, made this known early hours of today while sending heartfelt congratulations to the successful beneficiaries. 

According to NASIMS, "this is to officially announce the commencement of next process of shortlisting Npower Batch C2. All prospective applicants are by this official update enjoined to log in to their Dashboards under "Verification Tab" for confirmation and further directives on the verification."

NASIMS in the Statement encouraged the applicants of the Batch C Npower Programme to log into www.nasims.gov.ng, click on the "Verification Tab" to confirm if they have been shortlisted and proceed to a Cyber Cafe good in WAEC/JAMB or NYSC registration for Boimetric Catpure of their finger prints, if shortlisted.

The shortlisting of the qualified applicants of the Batch C Npower Programme for the Npower Batch C Stream 2 is in the process of engaging 490,000 beneficiaries for the Batch C Stream 2 Npower Programme.

This is in line with President Mohammadu Buhari's directives to engage 1 million Nigerian Youths in the Batch C Npower Programme. 

Recall that 510,000 Npower beneficiaries had in August 2021 been engaged in the Stream 1 of the Programme and are in the 6th month of the 1 year Npower Programme.

The beneficiaries consisted of 450,000 Graduates and 60,000 Non graduates according to Sadiya Umar Farouk, the Honourable Minister of Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development.
