N-Power Batch C: Stream 1 shortlisting on going, keep checking your Status

While many applicants of the Batch C N-power Programme have focused on the commencement of the Stream 2 Shortlisting, only few still know that Batch C Stream 1 Shortlisting is still ongoing.

Many who reported to have been shortlisted within this week were all in the Stream 1, congratulatory Letters sent to them by NASIMS reveals.

"Dear N-power Applicant, Congratulations on progressing to the next stage of the selection for the N-power Batch C Stream 1 Programme", the recent Letter says.

Applicants are advised to keep checking their Email Addresses, both inbox and Spam, as the National Social Investment Management System  (NASIMS) continues to shortlist Candidates for the Stream 1 of the Programme.

No date has been fixed as a deadline for the Biometric Enrolment. Hence, all recently shortlisted and will-be-shortlisted applicants are to quickly enrolment their Biometrics to stand a chance among the 500,000 Stream 1 successful beneficiaries.

Commencement date for Stream 2 Shortlisting

In as much as the processes for the on-boarding of Stream 1 beneficiaries is still on going, Stream 2 shortlisting will not commence.

According to the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, 550,000 will be shortlisted in the Stream 1 out of which 500,000 beneficiaries who conformed to Biometric enrolment instructions will be selected.

The Ministry will further screen the captured fingerprints and all shortlisted applicants who faulted in the Fingerprint enrolment will be dropped among the 50,000. This 50,000 candidates however will be given another chance to form a part of the Stream 2.

NASIMS has stated clearly that no date has been fixed for the commencement of Batch C Stream 2 Shortlisting.

As earlier advised by NASIMS, all Applicants should continue visiting the portal nasims.gov.ng to check his/her Verification status. Also, Applicants should continue checking their Email Address, inboxes and Spam, to know when NASIMS sends mails to them.
