N-power NEXIT: How to solve problems associated with Registration| Part 1 - Daily Info Update

Since the lunch of the N-Exit Portal https://nexit-fmhds.cbn.gov.ng as Humanitarian Ministry collaborates the Central Bank of Nigeria to transit the exited Batch A and B N-power Beneficiaries, the N-power Social space has been agog as a result of many challanges stalling the seamlessness of the Registration processes.

Having identified many of these challanges and mistakes being made when seeking assistance from the Supports Team, it has become necessary to guide the affected beneficiaries, to ensure that no one who is interested in the laudable initiative of the government, would be left behind.

Problem 1: Email Verification:

The e-mail verification is a security measure to ensure that an applicant of the Program is a bona fide Batch A and B N-power Beneficiary as the initiative is solely for their transition and not the general public. Many applicants have complained of non-delivery of their e-mail verification links.

Solution:

If you are sure that the e-mail address you used is thesame as in your NPVN profile npvn.npower.gov.ng, please, please and please, you need to calm down. There is no deadline yet and the Support team is aware of this general issue.

There is no need to contact supports here as there are more specific pressing issues than this general issue being worked on. Both Gmail and Yahoo mail user are recieving their verification links and it's being fixed especially those that registered earlier. It is now almost instant for new registrants. Please, patience is largely advised.

You can make a request for new verification link here https://nexit-fmhds.cbn.gov.ng/auth/activation but do not exceed 5 times in order not to exceed your limit. Note that it will arrive in your 'promotion' or 'spam' the number of times you request for it when they send it to you.

Problem 2: "Not recognized as a Beneficiary" [Email Address, Name Order or BVN issues]

Some applicants got this response when trying to register. Do not panic.

The N-Exit Portal was built in synergy with your existing data in the NPVN Portal and the only data it can accept is what is contained in your NPVN Portal.

Solution:

Email Address issues: Open your NPVN profile at npvn.npower.gov.ng. Check your e-mail address. Is their a mistake in your e-mail address. If yes, do not use it 'yet' because you can't recieve an e-mail through it.

Do this: Check wether you can create a new e-mail address with it. If you can, congratulations. But if the e-mail address is already in use, here you can contact Supports Team.

There has been reports of beneficiaries whose email accounts were hacked, lost their passwords but couldn't recover it, using an e-mail address from a mail services provider that is non-existent such as Naij.com. You need to contact Supports.

How to effectively Communicate with the Supports Team

It will be very hard to understand your problem if you just listed your Personal details and sent to supports through "support@n-sip.gov.ng" without explaining specifically what your individual problem is.

What to do:

Give your complaint a simple body before presenting your personal details. Examples are as follows:

Name Order Issue:

You must ensure that your First Name or Surname in your NPVN profile is entered exactly as required during NEXIT Registration. Note that due to traffic, the best time to register is at night or early hours of the morning.

There has been issues of beneficiaries whose email addresses are correct and BVN also correct yet, they were rejected by the N-Exit portal. This may be due to data transfer error.

Solution:

Contact Support by sending a mail to "support@n-sip.gov.ng" as follows:

Dear NSIP Supports Team,

I write to complain that I have not been able to register on the N-Exit portal even though my personal data as contained in my NPVN profile were used but rejected with a pop-up not recognising me as an N-power Beneficiary.

Let me state that the data contained in my NPVN profile are free of errors including BVN and First and Surname correctly ordered, yet rejected by the N-EXIT portal.

I am a Batch B N-power Beneficiary with the following details:
First Name:
Middle Name:
Surname:
N-power Phone Number:
N-power Email Address:
BVN:
Date of Birth:
State/LGA of Origin:
State/LGA of Residence:
Residential Adress used during N-power Registration:

Warm Regards.

Yours,
Ifunanya Farouk

BVN Issues:

This issue is rare but has been noticed. This may not stop you from accessing the N-Exit Portal when you copy what you see in your NPVN portal into the N-Exit portal but it will affect you later as it will not tally with your Account Number.

It's advised you don't use the error BVN yet.

If you encounter this issue, firstly, contact Supports as follows:

Dear NSIP Supports Team,

I am writting to complain that the BVN in my NPVN profile differs with my actual BVN which I understood would affect me if used in the NEXIT Portal.

Let me state that other data contained in my NPVN profile are free of errors except the BVN. My actual BVN is 22275439001 but the BVN in my NPVN profile is 22275439201.

I am a Batch B N-power Beneficiary with the following details:
First Name:
Middle Name:
Surname:
N-power Phone Number:
N-power Email Address:
Error BVN: 22275439201
Actual BVN: 22275439001
Date of Birth:
State/LGA of Origin:
State/LGA of Residence:
Residential Adress used during N-power Registration:

Warm Regards.

Yours,
Musa Abubakar
