Etisalat (9mobile) in adherence to the Federal Government's directive that telecommunications operators (MTN, Glo, Airtel, 9Mobile and others) in the country should within two weeks link all SIM Cards with National Identity Number (NIN) or face blocking of SIMs, has developed electronic processes through which NIN can be easily and efficiently linked to ETISALAT (9moblie) SIM Cards.
Here are easy methods for linking your 9mobile SIMs with your NIN
1. Open https://9mobile.com.ng/nin
2. Click on "Verify and link your NIN now"
3. Enter the Etisalat Phone Number
4. A 6 digit OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to the Phone Number for verification. Enter the OTP.
5. Follow the next page to Enter your First Name, Last Name and Middle Name
6. Enter your National Identity Number
You can dial *346# to retrieve you NIN through the Phone Number used during NIN Registration.

8. And Submit
Note: the above processes are to be repeated if you have more than one Etisalat SIM Card.
Alternatively, you can Dial *200*8# or *996# and follow the instructions.
