Just In: AIT, TVC air N-power Volunteers' plight | Watch Video

The African Independent Television (AIT) and TVC News have in a separate broadcast aired the plight of the N-power beneficiaries in Nigeria since it's transfer to the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development headed by Sadiya Umar Farouk.

The N-power Beneficiaries under the National umbrella of the "36 States plus FCT N-power Representatives Forum had, Monday 21st September, 2020 held a National Media Conference over the inconsiderate decision taken by the Humanitarian Ministry to have disengaged them amidst COVID-19 Pandemic, owed Stipends of many months amounting in billions, no structured exit strategy, to the detriment of their livelihood with their families.

The N-power beneficiaries had in July taken to the streets of Abuja, National Assembly Complex, Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development to press home their demands to the Federal Government but attracted little of promises which have remained shadows and a purport to silence the enthusiasm of endangered youths.
