Unpaid Beneficiaries: Abuja issues directives

The handlers of the N-power program have taken to their official social handles to direct the volunteers who have not received their stipends on how to resolve their problems.

This is coming after social media has been agog over the uneven payment of the beneficiaries as some beneficiaries have complained bitterly over the non payment of their March and April Stipends even as at this date.

Reacting to the situation, N-power Abuja has directed as follows:
If you are yet to be paid your March & April stipends, follow the instructions listed carefully.
1. Send ONE email to volunteersupport@npvn.ng
2. Title the email - Unpaid March and April stipends
3. Email should include
a. State of Residence
b. Name
c. PPA
d. NPVN no
It is important that you follow the instructions carefully.

The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development  had in several occasions apologized for the recurrent delay in payment of beneficiaries stipends and  emphasised that it was necessitated by the transfer of the payment platform to a new platform hosted on the Government Integrated Financial Management Information System (GIFMIS) Server.

Even though some beneficiaries are yet to receive their March and April Stipends, the Ministry has assured that May Stipend is being processed and every volunteer who is eligible for payment would be paid, including the backlogs.
