In today's Latest Npower Stipend News Update, Wednesday 21st June 2023, we bring you good news as the Npower Management fulfil their words, moves to make Npower beneficiaries smile.

The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) has, early hours of today, continued Payment of Outstanding Stipends to Batch C1 and C2 Npower beneficiaries.

NASIMS had in a recent Statement noted that the Technical Team in charge of Stipend payment were working hard to ensure that Outstanding Stipends are paid completed before the end of this month, June 2023.

Many beneficiaries who haven't recieved their outstanding Stipends but validated their Account Information have confirmed to have recieved their Stipends today 21st June 2023.

Some of the recently pre-selected 200,000 plus Batch C2 Npower beneficiaries, who acted as directed by NASIMS and validated their Account Information, have also confirmed to have recieved Stipends today.

Recall that NASIMS last week pre-selected and engaged over 200,000 new Batch C2 Npower beneficiaries, as it proceeds to update the Npower Batch C2 database in order to commence unified payment of the beneficiaries.

Speaking on the recent development, a source within the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, who preferred to be anonymous, confirmed that the newly pre-selected beneficiaries were to augment the number of required beneficiaries in the Batch C2 Npower Programme.

The Batch C2 Npower programme was planned to engage 490,000 beneficiaries, however, the said number was not met during the initial selection of the Batch C2 beneficiaries.

The source clarified that the newly pre-selected beneficiaries were selected from Npower Batch C Applicants who applied through the NASIMS Portal https://nasims.gov.ng in 2020.

NASIMS called on the beneficiaries who are yet to validate their information, especially the new Batch C2 beneficiaries, to confirm their status and validate their information using the Npower validation portal link validation.nasims.ng, so as to be included in the next phase of Stipend payment before the end of June, 2023.

As at Today 21st June 2023, Stipend Payment has commenced earnestly to beneficiaries that have confirmed their Status and validated their account information. Payment is on going till the end of the month.

Which Stipends are currently being paid?

For clarity, the Stipends currently being paid are: October, November and December 2022 to Batch C2 Npower beneficiaries who haven't received before but have validated their Account information.

Also being paid are October, November and December 2022 Stipends Stipends to recently preselected Batch C2 Npower beneficiaries who have successfully updated their Status and validated their Account information.

Another set of Outstanding Stipend payment currently ongoing are September, October and November 2022 Stipends to Batch C1 Npower beneficiaries who haven't received the act of benevolence approved by Ministry Farouq.

Has January, February, March, April, May 2023 Stipend Payment commenced?

No. No Npower beneficiary has been paid either of January, February, March, April, May 2023 Stipends.

January, February, March, April and May 2023 Stipend Payment will commence ONLY after Outstanding Stipends have been completed paid to all Batch C2 beneficiaries, including the new preselected Batch C2 Npower beneficiaries.

The reason is because NASIMS wants to bring all the Batch C2 beneficiaries on the same payment level, so that when January, February, March, April and May 2023 Stipend Payment begin, they can be triggered uniformly, and all the Batch C2 Npower beneficiaries will recieve Stipends at the same time.

Ignore any news claiming that January, February, March, April, May 2023 Stipend are being paid currently.

All Beneficiaries are also advised to remain patient as payment is currently on going till the end of June, 2023.
