NPC fixes New Date for Enumerators and Supervisors Training, releases Work Plan for Outstanding 2023 Census Activities

The National Population Commission has fixed a new date for the Enumerators and Supervisors Adhoc Staff Training again after the recent postponement.

Recall that the Commision cancelled the 31st March commencement date for the Enumerators and Supervisors Training Training, stating that a new date would be communicated soonest.

In an Updated 2023 Census Work Plan tittled Summary of Outstanding Activities for the 2023 Population and Housing Census released by the Commision, the NPC has fixed the Enumerators and Supervisors Training to begin on 11th April, 2023.

According to the NPC, LGA Level Training on Building Numbering and Household Listing will now begin on 11th April, 2023 and ends on 17th April, 2023. This is the First Phase of Enumerators and Supervisors Adhoc Staff Training.

LGA Level Training on Persons Enumeration will begin on 25th April, 2023 and ends on 29th April, 2023. This is the Second Phase of the Enumerators and Supervisors Adhoc Staff Training. 

Census Night is on 2nd May, 2023 while the Main Cenus (Person's Enumeration) is on 3rd May to 7th May, 2023.
