National Population Commission: Specialized WorkForce, Facilitators Training Update

The National Population Commission, in a bid to fast-track the Training of NPC Adhoc Staff for the conduct of the 2023 Nationwide Population and Housing Census, has commenced training of Specialised WorkForce today.

The NPC had earlier announced that the Contact Training for Specialised WorkForce and Facilitators will hold as follows:

1. NPC Specialised WorkForce Training Date - Monday 23rd January 2023 to Wednesday 25th January 2023

2. NPC Facilitators Training Date - Thursday 26th January to 4th February, 2023

The NPC Contact Training is meant to bring the NPC officials in direct contact with the Selected NPC Adhoc Staff for proper grounding into the 2023 Census Processes.

The Training will feature Practical familiarization with all Census Processes, DMQ Methodology, and ICT processes for the 2023 Population and Housing Census.

Only selected Adhoc Staff Applicants will be allowed to participate in the Contact Training which is the final Phase of the NPC Adhoc Staff Recuitment for the Specialised WorkForce and Facilitators.

Similar selection method will be used for the selection of all NPC Adhoc Staff including the Enumerators and Supervisors.

Selection of the NPC Adhoc Staff is based on performance assessment of the E-Learning, using the NPC Quiz and Exams as assessment criteria, in addition to Educational Qualifications, Skills and Experience of the NPC Adhoc Staff Applicants.

The Mail and Text Messages sent to the Applicants who met the Final Selection criteria will be used as the only key for partaking in the Contact Training. Applicants who didn't recieve the mail or Text after the e-Learning, Quiz and  Exam can try their luck anyway.

Applicants who applied as Enumerators and Supervisors will be massively shortlisted this week.
