Anticipation for the payment of monthly Stipends especially October and November Stipends for some Npower beneficiaries, and generally December Stipend has introduced mixed reaction among the Batch C Stream 1 Npower beneficiaries, certainly due to the fact that February, 2022 hastens to an end.
In Npower Batch C Stipend Payment Update Today 17th February 2022, the National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) has apologised for the inceasant delay in payment of the monthly Stipends to the Npower beneficiaries, assuring that all outstanding Stipends would be cleared in no distant time.
NASIMS in an update on Wednesday announced that the payment of December Stipend has recommenced and in progress, while urging the Npower beneficiaries to remain patient while their Bank Accounts are being credited.
The Npower Management added that October and November outstanding are being sorted out and expected to be paid as backlog.
Recall that NASIMS had last week announced that while December Payment was initiated and on its "PENDING" Stage, it was working hard to credit the Bank Accounts of beneficiaries whose October and November Stipends "FAILED."
While the Management has blamed network glitches for the Failed payment, it has assured that all outstanding payments owed to the Npower beneficiaries would be cleared as backlogs soonest.
