By description, the Nigeria Youth Investment Fund (NYIF) is an initiative of the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development (FMYSD) and funded by the Central Bank of Nigeria to invest in youth innovative ideas, skills and talents, transform them into Entrepreneurs and build sustainable businesses that can increase job opportunities in Nigeria, contributing to national development.
It is a Loan Scheme disbursed and monitored by the Nirsal Microfinance Bank (NMFB) at 5% interest rate per annum, maximum of 5 years duration with repayment plan distributed efficiently across the duration, with an incredible 12 months maximum moratorium. That's a very soft Loan to the youths.

On the other hand, Nigeria Youths Empowerment 2021 with application link "http://empowernigerians2021.web.app" https://tinyurl.com/3at8wxcy claims that over 745,000 Nigerian Youths have benefited from the on going schematic empowerment Programme allegedly sponsored by the United Nations and International Philanthropists.
According to the website, "Nigeria Youths Empowerment 2021 is a long term pre-existing insight of the Nigerian Empowerers' NGO. With the support of the United Nations and several Local and International Philantropists, it has been put to sail. This organisation has since its existence empowered not less than 700,000 Nigerian Youths".

EmpowerNigerians 2021 is a big scam and currently promoting a game "Read Play Win" which it claims is owned by one of the sponsoring Philanthropists and endorsed for the Nigeria Youths.
