Breaking: NEXIT, FMHDS introduces Google Form for Complaints Resolution


The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development in a bid to resolve all problems associated with the NEXIT Option has introduced a Google form for easy complaint and direct issue resolution.

Releasing the online Form today, the Special Assistant to the Humanitarian Affairs Minister on Media and Publicity, Nneka Ikem Anibueze called on the Exited Batch A and B N-power beneficiaries whose applications have been hampered by 'the mentioned problem', to quickly tender their complaints by filling and submitting the Google Form.

"Dear @npower_ng Beneficiaries batches A & B, If you want to change your email address or have issues related to email not functional or you do not have access to it or you can’t log in... kindly fill out this form and submit," Mrs Anibueze tweeted.

According to Mrs Anibueze, the Google Form should be filled by Batch A and B N-power Beneficiaries having the following issues:

1. Beneficiaries who want to change their e-mail addresses.

2. Beneficiaries who can no longer access their e-mail addresses or whose email addresses used for the N-power program are no longer functional.

3. Those who cannot long in.

The affected categories should quickly adhere to the instruction above and tender their complaints.

While all hands are on deck to resolve all the beneficiaries issues, patience is advised to ensure efficiency in the process.
