The Nigeria Police Force has alerted the public to ignore a widely circulating media publication stating that President Mohammadu Buhari has approved new salary structure for the various Ranks of the Police Force.
The trending publication which has alleged a hierarchical increment in NPF Salary Structure as result of the #EndSARS Protest stated that Police Constable II have been endorsed to recieved a monthly salary of N84,000 while Inspector of Police II are to receive a new salary of N167,000.
The publication furthered that while an Assistant Commission of Police would recieve a new monthly salary of N483,000, the Commissioner of Police would earn a monthly salary of N1.5Million as listed below:
