Npower Batch C Stream 2 Salary Structure - NAgro, NTeach, NHealth, NBuild, NCreative

Following the slight modification in the Batch C Stream 2 Npower Programme many beneficiaries have been asking questions on the Salary Structure of the 2022/2023 Batch C Stream 2 Npower Programme.

First of all, let's start by making it clear that Npower does not pay Salary. This is because it is not a permanent employment. It is just a poverty alleviation, trainee/job creation or better called, empowerment programme. N-power only pays monthly Stipends to the beneficiaries.

With the changes in the current structure of the Npower Programme, it is expected that there will be changes in the Stipends paid to the beneficiaries. Other things affected by the changes are Duration and Devices.

Amount to be paid to Batch C Stream 2 Npower Beneficiaries

Graduate Category:

In the Batch C Stream 2 Npower Programme, the Npower management has returned NAgro in the Graduate category. Other Graduate Categories are NHealth and NTeach.

Beneficiaries under the Graduate Category of Npower Batch C Stream 2 (NTeach, NHealth, NAgro) will be paid N30,000 only.

Non-Graduate Category

Currently, Non-Graduate category of Npower includes NBuild and other Subcategories of Npower such as NCreative, NTech etc.

All Non-Graduate category of N-power are paid a monthly Stipend of N10,000 per month.

However, sub-categories of Npower such as NBuild, NCreative, NTech have other benefits. For Instance, those in NBuild will recieve Tool Box containing all requisite tools needed in a beneficiary's department or sector.

Also, all Non-Graduate Category will be verified and trained for 3 months in the Camp, and posted for 6 Months under Apprenticeship.

Those in NCreative, NTech also recieve tools that enhances each beneficiary's skills such as a free Laptop.

Npower Batch C Stream 2 Salary Scale Summary

NTeach - N30,000 - 1year

NHealth - N30,000 - 1year

NAgro - N30,000 - 1year

NBuild - N10,000 - 9months

NTech - N10,000 - 9months

NCreative - N10,000 - 9months

NSoftware - N10,000 - 9months

NHardware - N10,000 - 9months

Duration of Batch C N-power Programme

The Graduate Category of Batch C Stream 2 Npower Programme will last for exactly 12 Months i.e. 1 year.

The Non-Graduate category will last for only 9 Months.

Npower Batch C Stream 2 Devices

There will be no Device for the Graduate Category of the Batch C Stream 2 Npower Programme unlike the Batch A which recieved Devices of different sizes and prices.

Added advantages to Sub-categories of Npower such as N-Build, N-Creative, N-Tech only applies.
