The Batch C Stream 1 Npower Programme has suffered several Stipend Payment Issues which the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development has intensified efforts to solve absolutely.

Stipend Payment Issues such as Network glitches, FAILED Payment, "Paid but not Credited" are among the recent Stipend Payment Issues which have delayed the payment of monthly Stipends to the Batch C Stream 1 Npower beneficiaries, but never would cause denial of Payment to the beneficiaries.

Yes, Stipend Payment to the Batch C Stream 1 Npower beneficiaries would NEVER be denied for any eligible Batch C Stream 1 Npower beneficiary, as every outstanding Stipend would be paid as backlogs regardless of the issues any beneficiary may face or may be facing.

The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) in a bid to ensure that all outstanding Stipends owed to the Batch C Stream 1 Npower beneficiaries are cleared, has continued to issued directives on how to resolve Stipend Payment Issues.

The Npower Management on Thursday addressed the issue of Batch C Stream 1 Npower beneficiaries whose NASIMS Profile Payment Status display "PAID" but their Bank Accounts were not Credited.

Your Payment Status says "PAID" but your Stipend did not reflect in your Bank Account? Here is what to do as directed by NASIMS:

1. Go to your Bank to confirm if you have been Paid but not Alerted.

2. If Stipend Payment for the Month did not truly drop in your Bank Account, proceed to No 3.

3. Request for your Statement of Account from your Bank.

4. Go to https://www.instagram.com/npower_ng

5. It will open as in the picture below:

6. Click on the "Message" button circled in red, Compose a message detailing your Name, Npower ID, and the Month in which you were paid but not Credited to your Bank Account and Press "Send"

7.  Then Click on the "Picture attachment" button circled on the picture below:

8. Attach a picture of your Bank Statement as proof that your were not credited by selecting the Picture on your Galary, then click on "Done".

9. This will be sent to the Npower Page as a direct message.

10. Wait for review and resolution of your payment issue.

An affected Batch C Npower beneficiary can also comment under the recent post on the Instagram Page, with the details of issues affecting the beneficiary.
