N-power Batch C: 25th June Physical Verification date not official

The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) has stated that no official date has been announced for the Npower Batch C Stream 1 Physical Verification against widely circulated false claim.

The N-power Management responding to an enquiry disclosed that the Physical Verification which has been applied by the previous N-power Management in 2016 and 2018 for N-power Batch A and B respecively, is also a valid part of the N-power Batch C engagement processes.

NASIMS however disclosed no date for the Phyiscal Verification, stating that successful shortlisted applicants of the Batch C N-power Programme will be communicated on the day the process will take place through the appropriate channels.

The Physcal Verification according to NASIMS involves sighting of all the Documents uploaded by each of the successsful applicants which will be conducted by accredited Officers in the beneficiaries' respective Local Governments of Residence.

Investigation on the trending dates on the Social Media revealed that such proposed dates emanated from a Cyber Cafe, aimed at attracting clients by the operators of the Cafe unit at a quickest time.

Asides the 25th June Physical Verification date, the false claim also contained the misinformation that the N-power Batch C Stream 2 Shortlisting would commence on the 15th of June, 2021 which NASIMS vehemently debunked.

As at this moment, the FingerPrint Enrolmement of the 550,000 shortlisted applicants of the Batch C stream 1 continues, and will end at a yet-to-be-fixed date by NASIMS.
